Privacy Policy
This page explains the website’s intended handling of information. It should be reviewed by the company’s qualified adviser before being treated as final legal documentation.
1. Who operates this website
The Initiators group is described on this website as Initiators Pvt Ltd (Pakistan) and Initiators-Inc Limited (United Kingdom), operating as an integrated eCommerce consulting and management group. Verified registration numbers and postal addresses have not yet been supplied to this website package and are therefore not invented here.
2. Information submitted through the contact form
If you send a business enquiry, the website may collect the name, business email, company, website, marketplace, market, approximate revenue band, service interest and message that you choose to provide. This information is intended to be used to understand and respond to the enquiry, assess whether Initiators may be a relevant service provider, and maintain reasonable business correspondence.
Please do not send passwords, card details, marketplace credentials, government identifiers or other sensitive information through the website contact form.
3. Technical and security data
The website may process ordinary server information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and error records. The contact form also uses limited rate-control data to reduce automated spam and repeated submissions. Rate-limit records are not intended to be used for marketing profiling.
4. Optional analytics
The website is built so optional analytics identifiers can be configured later. If optional analytics are configured, the website presents a consent choice and keeps those analytics off unless the visitor accepts them. If no analytics identifiers are configured, the site does not need to display an analytics consent banner merely for appearance.
5. Fonts and external services
The current design loads web fonts from Google Fonts. This can involve the visitor’s browser requesting font resources from Google infrastructure. A future deployment may instead self-host fonts if the company prefers to remove this external font request.
6. Contact-form delivery
Business enquiries can be delivered using configured SMTP credentials or the hosting provider’s native PHP mail facility. The production owner is responsible for choosing and configuring the mail provider, protecting credentials and understanding that provider’s privacy and retention practices.
7. Sharing and processors
Information may need to be handled by hosting, email or other technical providers used to operate the website. Initiators should only add claims about specific processors, international transfers, retention periods or contractual safeguards after those production arrangements have been confirmed.
8. Retention and rights
Appropriate retention and data-subject procedures depend on the final corporate, hosting and processing arrangements. Before launch, Initiators should add the verified privacy contact details, retention approach and any jurisdiction-specific rights information required by qualified legal advice.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated as website functionality or business arrangements change. Material additions—particularly tracking, advertising technology, account creation or payment processing—should trigger a fresh privacy and consent review.
Add verified legal entity identifiers, privacy contact information and any jurisdiction-specific wording required by the company’s adviser before relying on this as final legal text.
