How We Work

Hand over the work without losing visibility or control.

We learn the business, agree exactly what Initiators owns, manage the recurring work and keep you updated on performance, risks and next actions.

The process

From first review to ongoing management.

You do not need a perfect brief. We start with what is happening today and build the working plan from there.

01
UNDERSTAND

Learn the business

We review where you sell, the products that matter most, the current team, the main problems and what you want to achieve.

Channels · products · team · goals
02
PRIORITISE

Find what needs attention first

We identify the issues that are costing time, sales or control. This may be advertising, listings, inventory, account health, reporting or a combination.

Problems · risks · opportunities · priorities
03
AGREE

Define who owns what

We agree the services, marketplaces, products and recurring responsibilities Initiators will manage, plus the decisions that still need client approval.

Scope · ownership · approvals · communication
04
MANAGE

Run the work

The team handles the agreed tasks, follows up open issues and keeps connected areas informed so decisions do not happen in isolation.

Marketplace · ads · creative · operations
05
REPORT

Show what changed and what happens next

Updates focus on results, problems, risks and actions. The aim is to give you visibility without making you manage the detail.

Sales · ads · stock · issues · actions
06
IMPROVE

Keep making the operation better

We use what we learn from performance to improve listings, campaigns, processes, product priorities and the way the team works.

Testing · learning · efficiency · growth
Communication rhythm

The right update at the right time.

Not every issue needs a meeting. We separate urgent problems from weekly performance and bigger strategy decisions.

AS NEEDED

Urgent issues

Stock risks, account warnings, major campaign problems, order issues and anything that cannot wait for the next review.

Goal: act quickly
WEEKLY

Performance & priorities

What changed in sales, ads, conversion, stock and account health; what was completed; and what needs attention next.

Goal: keep the team aligned
MONTHLY

Business review

Product performance, profitability, growth opportunities, budget priorities, launches and recurring problems.

Goal: improve the plan
WHEN NEEDED

Bigger growth decisions

New marketplaces, new countries, product expansion and changes that affect the wider business.

Goal: grow deliberately
Ownership

You should never wonder who is handling the issue.

At the start of the relationship, we make responsibilities clear. That includes what Initiators can do directly, what needs your approval and what depends on a supplier, 3PL, marketplace or other third party.

This is important because outsourcing only saves time when ownership is obvious. A long service list means little if the owner still has to chase every task.

A useful weekly update

Five questions we want to answer for you.

The exact metrics vary by business. The questions stay simple.

01

What changed?

Sales, ads, conversion, stock, pricing or account issues.

02

Why did it change?

The likely reason behind the movement, not just the number.

03

What is at risk?

The issue that could hurt performance if it is ignored.

04

What are we doing?

The action already in progress and who owns it.

05

What do we need from you?

Only the decisions, approvals or information that genuinely require client input.

Our communication standard

No hiding weak performance behind busy-looking reports.

If something is not working, we want it visible early enough to fix. If the data is uncertain, we say that. If a decision needs your input, we explain the trade-off clearly.

The goal is a relationship where you have confidence that the day-to-day work is moving, while still having a clear view of the business.
